金纳米粒子的绿色合成及其催化还原对硝基苯酚的研究

摘要:本文报道了一种用紫杉树提取液快速制备金纳米粒子的合成方法。在合成中,利用紫外光照射可以加速还原氯金酸离子。透射电子显微镜研究显示所制得的金纳米粒子主要呈圆球形,粒径较为均一。由于金纳米粒子的表面等离子体共振性质,在约540 nm处观察到很强的吸收光谱带。金纳米粒子催化硼氢化钠还原对硝基苯酚的反应进行了测试。金纳米粒子可以有效的催化还原对硝基苯酚,该现象可以通过底物能够很好的接近金粒子表面得到解释。

Research on the green synthesis of gold nanoparticles and their use in the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol
Abstract:In this paper, a new method of rapidly synthesizing gold nanoparticles with the use of yew extract is reported. During the synthesis, ultraviolet light irradiation was utilized to accelerate the rate of tetrachloroaurate ion reduction. Transmission electron microscopy showed that spherical gold nanoparticles were obtained with a relative uniform size. Due to the surface plasmon resonance property of gold nanoparticles, a strong absorption band centering at ca. 540 nm was recorded. The effect of the gold nanoparticles on the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol by sodium borohydride was tested. Gold nanoparticles effectively catalyzed the reduction of 4-nitrophenol, which can be explained by the good accessibility of the gold particle to the substrate.
