寿阳区块15#煤层储层伤害因素分析

摘要:以寿阳区块15#煤层为研究对象,分别进行了水敏伤害实验、水锁伤害实验、聚合物堵塞伤害实验、固相伤害实验及应力敏感性实验,将钻井过程中可能对储层造成伤害的因素进行了综合分析,结果表明寿阳区块15#煤属于低渗透裂缝煤岩且具有强的应力敏感性;其水敏损害指数为0.52,属于中等偏强水敏;清水进入煤层后会产生附加的毛细管力,降低储层近井地带渗透率;钻井液中的聚合物及细小固相颗粒均会对储层造成伤害。

The research of damage factors in drilling process of Shouyang block 15# coal seam
Abstract:Focused on 15# coal of Shouyang block, the water sensitivity damage experiment, water locking damage experiment, polymer plugging damage experiment, solid damage and stress sensitivity damage experiment have been conducted, and coal seam damage factors in drilling process have been comprehensively studied. The results show that 15# coal has low permeability and strong stress sensitivity. Water sensitivity index is 0.52, which is between mediocre and strong water sensitivity. Water in coal seam will produce additional capillary force reducing the reservoir permeability near the wellbore. Polymer and small solid particles in the drilling fluid will cause reservoir damage.
