高频电磁场净化镁熔体的数值模拟研究

摘要:本文根据建立的高频电磁场净化镁熔液行为的电磁场有限元数学模型,模拟计算了不同电流频率和电流强度情况下,镁熔液上产生的磁感应强度和电磁力的大小和分布。结果表明,在轴向上,线圈高度覆盖范围内的磁感应强度和电磁力总是大于其他位置处的值;在横截面上,磁感应强度与电磁力分布不均,由外表面沿半径方向急剧减小。提高电流频率和电流强度,电磁力的不均匀程度相应增大。

Numerical Simulation of Magnesium Purifying in High Frequency Electromagnetic Field
Abstract: In this paper, the magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force of the melted magnesium are calculated in the high frequency electromagnetic field by a FEM mathematical model. The results show that the magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force within the coil height are always higher than other positions along the axial direction. In the cross section, the distributions of them which decrease rapidly from outside surface are also uneven. Once enhancing the current intensity and frequency, the non-uniform distribution degree of magnetic force increases accordingly.
