应用图像法动态光散射快速检测牛奶品质

摘要:提出了一种快速检测牛奶品质的方法。利用图像法动态光散射装置,采集由散射光形成图像来进行整体相关获得颗粒粒径来判断牛奶是否变质。以市场来买的脱脂牛奶为样品,用整体相关法对实验数据进行了分析。结果表明,保存在室温下的三种脱脂牛奶在前几天颗粒粒度没有明显变化,后几天发颗粒粒度急剧变大,意味着牛奶已经变质,证实了该方法能有效快速的对牛奶进行品质鉴定。

Fast Detecting the Quality of Milk by Image-based Dynamic Light Scattering
Abstract:In this paper, a novel method is proposed to assess the quality of milk in real time using ultrafast image-based dynamic light scattering. The measurement setup mainly consists of a semiconductor laser and a high-speed CMOS camera. The metamorphosis of the milk can be determined in real time by detecting the mean radius of particles in the milk. Three samples of different kinds of milk were measured sequentially within a week. The results show that the fresh milk-Ubest was the most unstable one and the mean radius of particles increased continuously all the time in a week. The radius of particles in Milkana and Vega de Oro milk remained stable in the first five and four days but changed violently in last three and two days, respectively. Considering the expiration date marked on the package, the results prove that this method can assess the quality of milk in real time.
