丹参中丹参酮生物合成机制的研究进展

摘要:丹参脂溶性成分是丹参的主要药用成分之一,但是脂溶性成分的研究长期受到代谢途径不清晰的困扰,导致研究进展受到很大的阻碍。近期丹参基因组图谱的绘制完成,大大的提高了对有关途径的认知,特别是二萜类丹参酮的生物合成途径有了进一步的阐明,本文就最近的一些有关丹参酮的分子生物合成机制以及转录水平的研究做一个简单的归纳总结。

The research progress of tanshinone Biosynthesis mechanism in salvia miltiorrhiza
Abstract:IThe salvia miltiorrhiza liposoluble constituent is one of the main medicinal components in salvia miltiorrhiza, but liposoluble constituent research is long plagued by metabolic pathway is not clear, lead to research progress have largely hampered. In recently, salvia miltiorrhiza genome mapped,and greatly improve the cognition on the pathway, especially the diterpenoid biosynthetic pathway had further clarify, in this paper, we do a simple generalizations on tanshinone molecular biology mechanism and transcription level research.
