高质量单分散球状金纳米晶的尺寸精确调控合成及超晶格自组装

摘要:贵金属Au纳米晶因为其丰富的表面等离子体共振(LSPR)性能,在太阳能光捕获、清洁能源方面具有广泛的潜在应用。而其尺寸、形貌的单分散性对其LSPR强度、散射峰位置影响巨大。本论文旨在利用油酸、油胺作为表面活性剂,利用简单的低温(<60度)的溶液方法一步合成,并实现精确调控其尺寸(从4-15 nm)和单分散性及形貌的精确调控。因为其严格地单分散性和表面稳定剂的一致性,Au纳米晶实现了自组装,并成为超晶格,为成膜及进一步实现LSPR增强的太阳能捕获奠定关键的材料基础。

Monodisperse Spherical Au Nanocrystals:Precisely Size-controlled Synthesis and Self-assembly into Superlattice
Abstract:Because of the special localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) proeprties of Au nanocrystals, they have potentional applications on solar light harvest and renewable energy. The LSPR intensity and resonance peaks are affected obviously by the Au nanocrystals' size and shapes and also monodispersity. In this paper, we used facile liquid method to synthesize Au nanocrystals with very precise control of size, shape and monodispersity. With the high enough monodispersity, the Au nanocrystals could self-assemble into superlattice in large area, which is important for their solar light harvest and plasmon enhanced solar energy conversion.
