灰分对生物质快速热解生物油组分的影响规律研究

摘要:本文采用盐酸对花生壳、玉米芯、核桃壳和香樟树枝四种生物质进行脱灰预处理,将脱灰后的生物质用于流化床快速热解实验,由GC/MS结果对比分析生物油的组分和选择性。结果表明,生物油中的主要组分在酸洗脱灰前后的产量变化因生物质种类不同而存在差异,但酸类、呋喃类、糖类化合物大致增加,酚类、酮类化合物基本上减少;生物质的灰分不利于生成2,4-二甲基苯酚、对乙基苯酚和糠醛等物质,有利于生成2,3-二氢苯并呋喃和丙酮醇等物质。

The Influence of Ash in the Fast Pyrolysis of the Bio-oil Components
Abstract:In this paper, peanut shells, corn cobs, walnut shells and camphor tree branches were chosen for acid pretreatment, and then they were used as the raw materials of fast pyrolysis experiment in a fluidized bed. The produced bio-oils were analysed using GC-MS to compare the yields and selectivities of the components in them. The results showed that the production of the main components of bio-oil changed significantly before and after acid pretreatment. The yields of acids, furans and carbohydrate compounds roughly increased, whereas that of phenols, ketones would substantially decreased. Biomass ash was not conducive to generate 2,4-dimethylphenol, 4-ethylphenol and furfural while benefited for 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran and 1-hydroxyacetone.
