摘要:本文以谷胱甘肽为碳源通过油浴法一步合成高荧光量子产率的碳点,其荧光性能稳定,粒径均匀。在考察所合成碳点对金属离子的响应过程总,发现汞离子会导致碳点的荧光强度显著降低,同时其他金属离子则无此现象。因此,碳点可作为高选择性荧光探针运用于对汞离子的分析检测中。在优化的最佳条件下,其检出限低至3.3×10-9 mol/L,并具有较宽的线性范围和良好的线性回归相关系数。因此,本文基于谷胱甘肽所合成的碳点,成功建立了一种快速、有效检测Hg2+的新方法。

Carbon dots based on glutathione for Detections of Mercury ions
Abstract:Herein, a facile and economical one-step approach for synthesizing high quantum-yield carbon dots has been well established, while glutathione (GSH) serving as precursors. Specifically, the synthesized carbon dots described here were uniform in size, and exhibited bright blue fluorescence together with excitation-independent emission behavior. Subsequently, the introduction of mercury ions rather than other metal ions obviously lead to the fluorescence quenching of carbon dots. Therefore, it can be used as a fluorescent probe for selectively assaying mercury ions. Under the optimized conditions, the relative fluorescence intensity of carbon dots and the concentration of mercury ions showed a satisfactory linear relationship with a satisfactory correlation coefficient and a detection limit of 3.3×10-9mol/L, suggesting the practicability of this proposed method. Finally, a fast, novel method for assaying mercury ions has been well established in this study.
