基于前景理论的4PL网络优化问题改进差分进化算法

摘要:为了使第四方物流(4PL)系统能够在有限的资金下最大化客户服务满意度,研究了基于前景理论的4PL网络优化问题。针对在一定成本上限下以最大化客户满意度为目标的4PL网络优化模型,采用带有自适应变异因子和自适应交叉因子的改进差分进化算法以及带有两阶段调整策略的最小费用流算法解决了该问题。仿真分析结果验证了改进后的差分进化算法对不同规模问题的有效性。

Improved Differential Evolution Algorithm for Prospect Theory Based 4PL Network Optimization Problem
Abstract:To make fourth party logistics (4PL) system maximize satisfaction level of customers with limited cost investment, this paper studies the 4PL network optimization problem on the basis of prospect theory. Based on 4PL network optimization model, this paper had solved the problem of 4PL network optimization problem through improved differential evolution algorithm with adoptive mutation factor and adaptive crossover factor, as well as the minimum cost network flow algorithm with a two- phase adjustment. Simulation analysis shows that the improved differential evolution algorithm is efficient for problems of different scales.
