摘要:本论主要通过利用带正电荷的纳米线与Apoferritin(去铁铁蛋白)组装并交联,去掉纳米线后获得去铁铁蛋白薄膜,利用去铁铁蛋白在pH低于其等电点时带正电的的特性,将带负电的氯金酸离子吸附到其内部。然后通过简单的化学还原就可获得去铁铁蛋白/金纳米颗粒复合膜。金纳米颗粒大小及量可通过吸附及还原过程控制。进一步研究发现,引入纳米金颗粒后可显著提高去铁铁蛋白之薄膜的导电性。这种复合薄膜在分离及催化方面的应用还需要进一步深入的研究。

Synthesis and electric properties of apoferritin and gold nanoparticle composite films
Abstract:In this paper, we prepared apoferritin and gold nanoparticle composite films by reducing the preloaded Au precouser into the cross-linked the apoferritin thin films. The apoferritin films were perepared by assembling apoferritin/metal hydroxide nanostrands and filtered on porous support by cross-linking and removing away the nanostrands. The amount and size of the gold nanoparticles could be easily controlled by the loading amount of the precouser and the reduction process. It was found the the gold nanoparticles size could be varied from several nanometers to 100 nm. We further found that the conductivity of the apoferritin/Au nanoparticle composite thin film was significantly increased and 2-3 orders as that of the pure apoferritin thin film. This composite film may hold the potential for catalytic and separation applicaion. The corresponding properties need further study.
