2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-八羧基酞菁铁敏化TiO2的合成及光催化性能研究

摘要:将固体熔融法合成的2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-八羧基酞菁铁(FePc(COOH)8)敏化二氧化钛制备了酞菁铁二氧化钛催化剂。通过UV,FIIR,PL,XRD,DRS,XPS和N2吸附-脱附等一系列实验方法对催化剂进行了表征和催化性能分析。在可见光条件下研究了八羧基酞菁铁(FePc(COOH)8)敏化的TiO2催化剂对亚甲基蓝(MB),罗丹明B(RB),中性红(NR),酸性红(AR)和孔雀石绿(MG)水溶液的降解动力学。研究结果表明在t=100 min 时,此光催化剂降解这四种有机染料均有良好的效果。染料降解动力学曲线拟合表明此光催化降解过程符合一级化学反应动力学方程,其降解MB,RB,NR,AR和MG动力学常数分别为0.04359 min-1,0.03508 min-1,0.01901 min-1,0.01302 min-1和0.00968 min-1。

Study on Synthesis and Visible Photocatalytic Degradation Kinetics of Organic Dyes of Iron(Ⅲ) Octacarboxyphthalocyanine Dye-Densitized TiO2
Abstract:Fe(III) 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24-phthalocyanine octacarboxylic acid [FePc(COOH)8] was synthesized and later sensitized titanium dioxide to prepare the iron phthalocyanine photocatalyst FePc(COOH)8/TiO2. The catalytic performance of FePc(COOH)8/TiO2 photocatalyst had been characterized and analysized by UV, FI-IR , fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Nitrogen Adsorption-Desorption experimental techniques. The results show that those dyes can effectively degraded. To further investigate the relationship between the degradation concentration and illuminated time, the first-order degradation kinetics equations were concluded, and the reaction rate constants were 0.04359 min-1, 0.03508 min-1, 0.01901 min-1, 0.01302 min-1 and 0.00968 min-1for methylene blue, rhodamine B, neutral red, acid red, malachite green solutions, respectively.
