电工钢自由规程轧制的FVC变凸度辊形及其板形控制特性

摘要:开展了热连轧机电工钢多种宽度大量同宽SFR自由规程轧制(Schedule-free Rolling)的变凸度辊形及其板形控制特性研究。结合某大型热连轧机电工钢SFR过程中出现的板凸度偏差大的难题,分析指出其主要源于电工钢SFR特性和轧机凸度控制能力不足。提出了FVC自由变凸度(Free Variable Crown)轧辊辊形设计方法,并结合生产实际设计了电工钢多种宽度大量同宽自由规程轧制的FVC新辊形,并对比分析了FVC、CVC和SmartCrown等不同变凸度辊形的空载凸度调控特性;建立了电工钢自由规程轧制过程的轧辊磨损模型和热变形模型,结合电工钢本构关系热模拟试验分析了FVC新辊形在热连轧机凸度控制全服役周期内凸度调控特性。研究表明FVC新辊形在电工钢900mm~1300mm常轧大宽度范围内都具有充分的凸度调控能力,并在工作辊整个轧制单位全服役周期内具有稳定的凸度调节能力,为工业轧制试验和生产实践应用提供了依据。

The FVC Work Roll Contour and Strip Profile Control Characteristics for Schedule-free Rolling of Electrical Steel
Abstract:There is a serious problem on crown deviation arises when a newly built domestic hot strip production line is producting electrical steel with a wide variety of widths. Through analysis, the characteristics of electrical steel schedule free rolling and a lack of crown control capacity of rolling mills are thought the main reasons for the problem. Concerning the real conditions of practical production, a variable crown working roll named FVC(Free Variable Crown)is given by applying the design method of variable crown roll contour, and its crown control characteristics is compared with CVC and SmartCrown in this paper. Besides a thermal crown analysis model and a work roll wear model are built to help research the stability of the new roll contour's crown control characteristics through all the compaign. The research shows that FVC coutour performs an adequate crown control ability when the width of strip varies from 900mm to 1300mm and a stable crown control capability within the entire rolling compaign. Thus, it provide a basis for industrial rolling test and application of production practice.
