短间隙均匀场中SF6/N2合气体流注放电计算机仿真

摘要:为了研究SF6/N2混合气体在均匀场中的放电特性,本文采用流体动力学模型对不同SF6含量的混合绝缘气体的放电过程进行仿真建模。基于耦合泊松方程求解空间电场,通过通量校正传输法(FCT)对流体连续方程进行离散求解,实现了二维空间下的SF6/N2混合气体放电过程的动态仿真。本文研究了10%-90% SF6/N2混合气体向流注发展情况。结果表明:正向流注击穿时间会远小于负向流注;且正向流注比负向流注发展速度快。

Simulation study on streamer discharge of SF6/N2 mixed gas in short gaps under uniform field
Abstract:In order to research the discharge characteristics of SF6/N2 mixed gas in a uniform field, the model of the discharge process of the mixed insulating gas with different SF6 content is simulated by using the hydrodynamic model. Based on the coupled Poisson equation of space electric field, the fluid continuity equation is discretized and solved by flux corrected transport (FCT) method. It is completed the two-dimensional space of SF6/N2 mixed gas dynamic discharge process. In this paper, we have researched the streamer formulation of 10%-90% SF6/N2 mixed gas. The results show that: the Positive Streamer breakdown time will be much less than the negative streamer; and Positive Streamer velocity is faster than negative streamer.
