以纳米二氧化钛为载体的Ag(I)表面印迹聚合物的制备及应用

摘要:基于软硬酸碱理论,选择了主要以N为配位原子的丙烯基脲(NAU)为功能单体,在系统优化了功能单体、纳米二氧化钛和交联剂的用量基础上,采用0.1 mmol Ag(I)为模板,50 mg纳米二氧化钛为载体,0.3 mmol 丙烯基脲为功能单体,3 mmol乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,以表面印迹技术制备了一种的Ag(I)离子印迹聚合物。该印迹聚合物在10 mL含有50 mg/L的Ag(I)水溶液中对Ag(I)的平衡吸附量为34.16 mg/g,印迹因子为1.94,用其制备的固相萃取小柱在优化的萃取条件下,对Ag(I)的萃取率达到了78%,而对Ir(IV)、Pd(II)、Ru(III)、Rh(III)、Au(III)和Cu(II)的萃取率均在15%以下。

Preparation of Ag(I) Surface Imprinted Polymer with Nano-Titanium Dioxide as Supporter and Its Applications
Abstract:Based on the soft and hard acid and alkali theory (HSAB), N-allylthiourea (NAU), which can use N as coordination atoms, was selected as functional monomer for the preparation of Ag(I) ion-imprinted polymer (IIP). After the amounts of functional monomer, cross-linking agent and nano-titanium dioxide were optimized, a Ag(I) ion-imprinted polymer was obtained by surface imprinting technique with 0.1 mmol Ag(I) as template, 0.3 mmol NAU as functional monomer, 50 mg of nano-titanium dioxide as supporter, and 3.0 mmol ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinker. The adsorption capacity and imprinting factor of this IIP in 10 mL of aqueous solutions containing 50 mg/L Ag(I) were 34.16 mg/g and 1.94, respectively. The obtained IIP could be used as adsorbent for solid phase extraction of Ag(I). After the extraction conditions was optimized, the solid phase extraction based Ag(I) ion-imprinted polymers exhibited good selectivity to Ag(I) over the other metals such as Ir(IV)、Pd(II)、Ru(III)、Rh(III)、Au(III) and Cu(II). The extraction percentage for Ag(I) could reach to above 78% and for the other metals was below 15%.
