多媒体视频业务QoE分析和评估方法综述

摘要:随着无线网络技术的日益成熟以及智能终端的迅速发展,尤其是新媒体编码技术的提高,多媒体业务成为众多移动应用不可缺少的服务,同时人们对服务质量的要求也越来越高。为了优化服务性能,得到用户的认可,在激烈的竞争中取胜,服务提供商需要掌握合理的体验质量评估方法进行业务性能评估和优化。本文以多媒体视频业务为背景,首先介绍体验质量QoE的概念及影响因素,具体分析影响视频业务质量的因素,并分析了QoE与QoS的关联,其次介绍了三种经典的视频业务QoE的客观评估方法及其局限性,基于此提出了优化的QoE客观评估模型,然后探讨QoE主观评估途径,最后对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Analysis and survey on QoE assessment method for multimedia video application
Abstract:With the increasing maturity of network technology and the rapid development of wireless intelligent terminal, especially the improvement of new media technology, multimedia service has become an indispensable service for many terminal applications. Meanwhile, people have increasingly high demand for service quality. In order to optimize the service performance, get the user's recognition, and win in the fierce competition, service providers need the method to evaluate the service performance. Based on multimedia video, this paper first introduces the definition and influence factors of QoE, and the relationship between QoS and QoE is analyzed. Secondly the objective evaluation method and its limitation are discussed on which optimization is presented. And then discuss on the subjective assessment of QoE. Eventually, the future research directions of QoE are proposed.
