单轴冷压过程中摩擦行为的研究

摘要:本文采用剪切板式摩擦测定方法探究了铁基粉末在不同润滑情况下以及在不同压制力作用下摩擦系数的变化规律。实验结果表明:在粉末压制过程中,摩擦系数是一个动态的参数;当摩擦测试板开始移动时,摩擦系数快速增大到一个最大值,随后快速减小到某一值,进而缓慢增加一段时间后又出现明显而急剧的减小,最后稳定在某一值不变;当压制力较大时,摩擦系数随压制力的增加而减小。

Research on Friction Behavior in Uniaxial Cold Pressing Process
Abstract:The friction coefficient changing law of iron-base powder in uniaxial cold pressing process was discussed under the condition of different lubrication and pressing force. The shear plate technique was used for study. The experimental results show that in the process of powder compacting, the friction coefficient is a dynamic parameter. After the shear plate starts moving, the friction coefficient increases rapidly to a maximum, then quickly reduces to a certain value, and then after a period of slow increase, it appears clearly and sharply reduce. The friction coefficient is stable at a certain value at last. The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the pressing force.
