基于桡骨的骨龄等级评定算法研究与实现

摘要:骨龄是衡量儿童青少年体格发育程度的重要指标,在临床医学、体育科学和司法等领域都有着广泛的应用。结合计算机技术与数字图像处理技术实现骨龄的自动评价是骨龄识别的发展方向。本文依据我国最新的骨龄评价方法《中国青少年儿童手腕骨成熟度及评价方法》(中华 05),提出一种桡骨骨龄等级评定算法,提取桡骨骨骺骨干的特征参数,运用kNN方法进行骨龄等级评定。本研究综合考虑了桡骨的特征,实验结果表明,此算法具有较高的准确度。

Research and Implementation Of Bone Age Rating Algorithm Based on Radius
Abstract:Bone age is the important index in measuring children's bone development degree, and widely used in clinical medicine, sports science and judicature science. Using computer technology and digital image processing technology to achieve automatic bone age assessment is the development direction of skeletal age identification. This paper based on the Chinese latest bone assessment standard---CHINA 05, proposes a radius bone age rating algorithm, the paper extracts the epiphysis and diaphysis features as the feature parameters, utilizes the kNN to rating bone age. Experimental result showed that the algorithm considered the characters of radius generally and achieve high accuracy.
