润滑油中不凝结气体释放量的实验研究

摘要:润滑油是一种液态的工业润滑剂,含有的不凝结气体,不仅直接影响油品的粘度及密度,而且在压力降低时会直接析出形成空气泡,与油蒸汽泡耦合后会致使机械设备的性能偏离设计工况,严重时威胁设备的安全稳定运行。本文基于真空脱气法基本原理,对传统方法进行改进,增设了真空控制器以连续改变测试真空。经过对不同油样进行测试,建立了气体析出量与测试压力之间的关联式,研究测试压力、温度、油样粘度对析出量的影响。结果表明:润滑油中气体的析出量与测试压力密切相关,随测试压力的降低,析出气体越多,符合双对数函数规律;润滑油中气体的析出量与温度的关系是非线性的,随着温度的升高,气体的析出量先增大,后减小;润滑油中气体析出量与粘度有关,润滑油粘度越大,在相同条件下气体析出量越多。?????

Study on the gas evolution quantity of lubricating oil
Abstract:Lubricating oil, a kind of liquid lubricant in industry, is widely used in rotating machinery such as steam turbine, air compressor, water pump. Non condensable gas in oil, not only directly affects the viscosity and density of the oil, but also forms air bubbles in the precipitation pressure decreases .Then air bubbles and the steam bubble are interaction. The lubricating oil has an effect on the security and stability of the system. The measurement and monitoring for the gas content in turbine oil during the field operation play an important role in the improvement of the design, optimization and maintenance of power plant equipment.The lubricating oil and gas evolution measurement calculating methods are studied, also analyzed the effect of pressure and temperature on oil gas evolution.
