镍实心球的制备及其电磁波吸收性能

摘要:本文通过水热反应法,利用去离子水作为溶剂,合成出了单分散且尺寸在微米级的镍实心球状结构,并用于电磁波吸收材料。样品的结构通过X射线衍射(XRD)表征,其微观形貌通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察。电镜图像显示,镍实心球状结构的尺寸为3-4 μm。含有50 wt%镍实心球的环氧树脂复合材料具有较好的电磁波吸收性能(RL < -20 dB),吸波频率范围为1.6-4.0 GHz,吸波厚度为3.4-8.0 mm。

Synthesis and Electromagnetic wave absorption properties of Ni solid spheres
Abstract:Monodispersed micrometer scale nickel solid spheres were synthesized by a facile solvent-thermal method in deionized water for electromagnetic wave application. The product was measured by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the microstructure was detected by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) which shows that the size of these nickel solid spheres is about 3-4 μm .Their magnetic properties were also characterized. The epoxy resin composites with 50 wt% nickel solid spheres provided good electromagnetic wave absorption performance (RL < -20 dB) in the range of 1.6-4.0 GHz over absorber thickness of 3.4-8.0 mm.
