基于银纳米片的过氧化氢荧光检测方法

摘要:本文设计制备了一种新型的荧光染料-蛋白复合物包覆的银纳米片(Fluorescent dye-protein complex-capped silver nanoplates, FDSNPs)纳米复合材料。过氧化氢可选择性地诱导该银纳米片的行态发生磨圆的变化,以及伴随着部分荧光-蛋白分子复合物从银纳米片表面脱离的现象,从而一定程度上恢复了荧光染料的荧光信号。基于此原理,建立了一项高灵敏的均相荧光共振能量转移(FRET)检测过氧化氢的方法。该方法对过氧化氢的检测动态范围可达到4个数量级范围(10nM-100μM),检测限为4.0nM。将该方法应用于牛奶中过氧化氢的检测,其回收率令人较为满意,可到达80.0%至92.8%。?????

Fluorescent detection of hydrogen peroxide based on silver nanoplate
Abstract:Asimple and sensitive"turn-on"fluorescent detection of H2O2 in milk was developed based on H2O2induced morphology transition of fluorescent dye-protein complex-capped silver nanoplate (FDSNP). The rounding of FDSNP accompanies desorption of the fluorescent dye-protein complex, which resulted in recovery of the fluorescent intensity. In a 4 order of magnitude dynamic range from 10 nM to 100 μM, the fluorescent intensity of the FDSNP sensitively increased with H2O2concenrtration increasing. The limit of detectionfor H2O2 was 4.0 nM. Furthermore, the developed method was applied for detection H2O2in milk with satisfying recoveries over 80% after milk was simply pretreated.
