乳液法构建银纳米线有序的网络化结构研究

摘要:本文研究了氯仿等低沸点有机溶剂为有机相,非极性表面活性剂EL-10等为乳化剂,聚苯乙烯为添加剂的乳液体系排布银纳米线的新方法。该方法在有机相,水,表面活性剂体积配比为29%,68%,3%,聚苯乙烯浓度为0.14g/ml时,可实现银纳米线在玻璃基板上有序均匀,蜂窝状网络化排布。该排布结构对于构建可拉伸导电透明电极材料具有重大意义。

Studies on self-assembling silver nanowires into uniformity networds through evaporation of the emulsion
Abstract:An original strategy for self-assembling silver nanowires through evaporation of an emulsion with certain prescription at room temperature was explored in this report. Some organic solvents with low boiling points, such as chloroform and benzene, and nonionic surfactants were found to favor to form a uniformity silver-nanowire network with honeycomb-like architecture. Polystyrene is an important ingredient in emulsion solutions. In the evaporation process of an emulsion solution, polystyrene is firstly precipitated from the organic phase in the emulsion, and hinders silver nanowires movement to aggregate together on the glass surface in this process. The best prescription of this method is about 29%, 3% and 68% (for volume ratio), for organic solvent, nonionic surfactant and water respectively, maintaining the concentration of polystyrene at about 0.14g/ml. The strategy for obtaining this kind of silver-nanowire architecture on a glass slice in this report might be a key progress for stretchable, conductive and transparent electronic materials.
