黄叶银杏子代叶色差异研究

摘要:本文以黄叶银杏32个半同胞子代(1#-32#)共160株嫁接幼苗为主要试验材料,通过叶色测定,解剖结构观察,探讨了黄叶银杏子代观赏性状及叶片解剖结构的差异。根据4月份叶色Lab值测定结果将子代32个半同胞子代苗,聚类为金黄、浅黄、草绿、蓝绿四类叶色级别,并得出结论:子代金黄、浅黄较草绿、蓝绿叶色植株栅栏细胞排列稀疏;叶绿体类囊体膜结构发育缺陷,基粒片层少或无,基质片层疏松,嗜锇颗粒数目稍多。

Research on Leaf color Difference of Golden-leaf ginkgo's offsprings
Abstract:32 Golden-leaf ginkgo offsprings,totally 160 plants,were selected as mainly test objects in this paper. Difference of ornamental character,photosynthetic pigment content and leaf chloroplast ultra structure were explored in this paper, which by leaves color value and pigment content measuring, anatomical structure observing. The leaves color in the 32 golden-leaf ginkgo's offsprings were clustered into four grades:aurea plant, pale-yellow plant, grass-green plant and bluish green plant, according to the color value measured in April. The results showed that,palisade cell arranged loosely and the structure of chloroplast defected in aurea plant of Golden-leaf ginkgo offsprings.
