有机相中脂肪酶催化合成丙酸香叶酯的研究

摘要:对脂肪酶在有机相中催化香叶醇与丙酸合成丙酸香叶酯过程进行了研究,考察了溶剂、酶量、温度、底物摩尔比、水分含量、振荡速率对转化率的影响,同时利用GC-MS对反应产物进行了鉴定。结果表明,最佳催化条件为:溶剂为异辛烷,反应温度35℃,分子筛含量20 mg/ml、底物醇与酸摩尔比为2:1,振荡速率200 r/min,反应3.5 h后催化效率可达87.55%。GC-MS确定最终产物为丙酸香叶酯。

Biosynthesis of Geranyl Propionate using Lipase Lip2 from Yarrowia Lipolytica in organic solvents
Abstract:Several factors affect the conversion of geranyl propionate have been investigated using the lipase Lip2 from Yarrowia Lipolytica.High conversion about 87.55% was obtained by adding molecular sieves 20mg/ml,using isooctane as solvent,enzyme loading 1%, temperature35℃,Alcohol/acid molor ratio of 2:1, speed of agitation 200r/min.Also GC-MS was used to identify the final product,and it turned out to be the geranyl propionate.
