6种梅花染色体的荧光原位杂交及其核型分析

摘要:研究以6个梅花品种为试验材料,采用45SrDNA为探针,利用荧光原位杂交技术(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)研究了其中期染色体上45S rDNA 的分布情况。原位杂交结果表明, 不同的梅花品种群细胞分裂中期染色体45SrDNA 的分布位点存在差异,位于1、3、7号染色体的频率较高,存在6个NOR(Nuclear Organizer Region,核仁组织区)信号,且全部位于染色体长臂末端。结合染色体核型参数,推测梅花从进化上看属较原始类型。

Fluorescence in situ Hybridization and Karyotyping Analysis of 6 Prunus mume cultivars
Abstract:In this paper,with 6 Prumus mume cultivars as experimental materials, using probes 45SrDNA, Fluorescence in situ hybridized to the mitotic metaphase chromosomes of P. mume showed that 45SrDNA distribution sites different in varieties, with a higher frequency that located on chromosome number 1,3,7. There are six NOR (Nuclear Organizer Region, nucleolar organizing region) signal, and all located in long arm of chromosome ends. Combining with karyotype parameter, it can be concluded that the evolution of P.mume. was quite low.
