动车组随车机械师乘务计划优化策略的研究

摘要:随车机械师乘务计划是CRH系列动车组运用组织的重要组成部分。该计划规定了动车组随车机械师担当具体运用交路的情况,合理的乘务调度计划能够优化动车所的运输组织,提高动车组的运用效率,节约高速铁路的运营成本。本文在动车组的运用交路已知的条件下,以满足运用交路要求和随车机械师的连续值乘时间为约束条件,以减少总的值乘接续时间为优化目标,建立优化模型。将原问题转换为带时间窗约束的旅行商问题(TSP),并设计了基于蚁群优化算法求解算法,为动车所提供随车机械师乘务计划的快速优化调度方案。

Research on the Optimization Strategy of CRH-Emu's Mechanic Crew Plan
Abstract:The mechanic crew plan of China Railway High-speed Electric Multiple Unit (CRH-Emu) is an important part of the transportation organization of CRH-Emu. The plan formulates how specific mechanics take on transportation routs. A well-scheduled mechanic crew plan contributes to the management of CRH-Emu depots, efficiency of the operation of CRH-Emu, and the benefit of railway. Based of the transportation routes scheduled before hand, this paper built an integer model, with minimizing the continuous time cost between routes as the objective function, and with both transportation routes demand and mechanic working time bounds as the constraints. To solve the model, this paper transformed the original problem into Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) with additional time window, and applied Ant optimization algorithm to find optimal solutions. The method proposed can be of help for the management of CRH-Emu depots.
