面向液压制动软管屈挠疲劳试验的设备构建方案研究

摘要:本文详细解读了国家标准的相关规定和要求,探讨了液压制动软管屈挠疲劳试验的方式、方法,并提供了试验方法的实施思路,涉及液压制动软管屈挠疲劳试验设备的机械部分构建方案、测控系统构建方案以及相应的改进方案。基于三维建模技术,本文建立了制动软管屈挠疲劳试验设备的数字样机模型,结合该样机,对中汽认证中心实验室现用设备的实际效果进行了说明。对作为执行机构的机械部分,本文也针对同类设备存在的不足,提出了相应的优化方案,并就该类方案的可行性进行了讨论和分析。同时,本文还对设备测量与控制系统的关键部分和构建方式进行了介绍,为行业内同类设备的设计、研发提供了参考。

Study On the Scheme of Equipment for Hydraulic Brake Hose's Bending Fatigue Test
Abstract:The paper expounds in detail the related requirements in national standard, i.e., GB 16897-2010, and explores the methods and the way to carry out the bending fatigue test for automotive brake hose. Meanwhile, the opinion is expressed about bringing the test methods into effect, referring to the building and improving schemes of mechanical parts, and measuring and controlling system for the equipment of automotive brake hose's bending fatigue test. In the study related to the paper the virtual prototype was built based upon 3D modelling techinque and in this paper, the actual effect of the equipment designed according to the prototype mentioned above and used in the laboratory of China Certification Centre for Automotive products is illustrated. The paper provides a kind of optimum scheme for the mechanical parts used as the execution mechanism as to its disadvantages, and analyzes the feasibility of the scheme. Besides, the paper's presentation of the key components and building means of the equipment's measuring and controlling system and other systems can be used as reference for the design and development of similar equipments.
