动车所检修班组任务调度问题优化策略的研究

摘要:随着高速铁路网络的逐步建成,动车所的检修压力日益增加。动车所的检修班组任务调度计划是动车组检修的重要依据。优化制定该计划对于提高动车所的检修效率具有重要的实际意义。本文针对动车所检修班组的任务调度问题,以满足动车组的当日回所时间和次日上线时间,完成检修任务为约束条件,以尽快完成动车组的检修工作为优化目标,构建整数规划数学模型。考虑到模型的复杂性,基于最大最小蚁群系统,设计了模型的快速求解算法,为动车所的检修生成组织提供了优化的调度方案。

Research on the Optimization Strategy of Emu Depot's Repair Team Scheduling Problem
Abstract:With the extension of China Railway High-speed network, the workload of China Railway High-speed Electric Multiple Unit (CRH-Emu) Repair Depot is rising rapidly. The Repair Team Assignment Plan of CRH-Emu depot is to control the repair process of CRH-Emu when they get back to depot. To optimize the RTA plan has great impact on relieving the repair pressure of depots. This paper established a mathematical model, with minimizing the maximal repair finishing time as the objective, and with the repair demand, back-departure time of CRH-Emu, and the repair capacity of teams as restraints. By model pre-processing, the scale of the model was reduced. The MAX-MIN Ant System was applied to solve the model.
