固定交路运用模式下的动车组检修计划优化策略研究

摘要:CRH系列动车组列车的运输组织主要包括两个相互关联的部分,制定运用计划和检修计划。但目前动车所的实践中往往采用固定交路的运用模式。在这种模式下,动车组连续担当某一交路直到接近检修限度时才下线检修。基于固定运用模式的检修计划优化策略对于提高动车组的运营效益具有重要的实际意义。本文分析了固定运用模式的特点和相关业务,同时考虑运用和检修两方面约束条件,以降低动车组列车的检修成本为目标,建立优化模型。设计了基于最大最小蚁群系统的求解算法,基于该算法研发动车组计划编制辅助系统,为动车运用所的日常生产组织提供了优化的方案。

Research on the Optimization Strategy of CRH-Emu's Repair Plan under Fixed Transportation Mode
Abstract:The transportation organization of China Railway High-speed Electric Multiple Unit (CRH-Emu) is formulated by two interacting parts: on-line operation plan and off-line repair plan. In most cases, CRH-Emus are dispatched to some fixed routes until they reach the repair limits and turn into off-line repair state. As a result, to schedule CRH-Emus' off-line repair plan more efficiently becomes important for the overall benefit of railway industry. In order to optimize CRH-Emu's repair plans in that case, this paper built an integer model, with minimizing the repair cost of CRH-Emu as the objective function, and with both transportation demand and repair cycle as the constraints. To solve the model, MAX-MIN Ant system was adopted to find optimal solutions. This paper developed a computer plan scheduling system to aid depots' daily operaion.
