摘要:设计合成了香豆素衍生物荧光探针HPDC,并使用红外、核磁、高分辨质谱等手段对其表征。该传感器在与其他离子共存的条件下表现出对Cu2+的高选择性和灵敏度,并出现明显的可肉眼识别的颜色变化和吸收谱带的位移。Cu2+离子的最低检测浓度达到3.15×10-7 M。Job's曲线表明荧光探针分子HPDC与Cu2+的络合比为1:1。

A novel selective fluorescent sensor for Cu2+ based on coumarinfluorescent sensor for Cu2+ based on coumarin
Abstract:A coumarin-based chemosensor HPDC was synthesized and characterized by various spectroscopic (FT-IR, 1HNMR and HRMS). The sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity toward Cu2+ in the presence of other metal ions with a distinct naked-eye detectable color change and a shift in the absorption band. The detection limit for the analysis of Cu2+ ions was found to be 3.15×10-7 M. In addition, the Job's plot with fluorescence titration further confirmed that HPDC formed a 1:1 stoichiometrical complex with Cu2+.
