一种输电线自供电无线传感器电源管理电路

摘要:输电线在线监测是保障电网安全运行的有效手段,但传感器供能问题给输电线监测系统带来高昂的维护成本,严重制约着输电线监测技术的发展。本文设计了一种高品质因数的上频率电源管理电路。该电路采用开关变频技术,提高换能器信号频率,达到降低换能器输出阻抗的目的,再利用高品质因数的晶振调谐电路,实现储能电容的快速充电,为无线传感节点供电。实验表明,该高品质因数电源管理电路最大输出功率是半桥整流电路的1.5倍,将电源管理电路输出电能存储在储能电容中,可以驱动90mW的无线传感节点正常工作。

A transmission line self-powered wireless sensor power management circuit
Abstract:Transmission line online monitoring is an effective means to ensure the proper operation of the power grid, but the energy supply causes high costs for the transmission line monitoring system, severely restricts the development of the transmission line monitoring technology. This paper presents a high quality factor up-conversion frequency power management circuit. The switching frequency conversion technology improves the signal frequency to reduce the output impedance of the transducer. The crystal tuning circuit which is of high quality factor charges the storage capacitor fast. Experiments show that the maximum output power of the management circuit of is 1.5 times of the half-bridge rectifier circuit. The output energy is stored in the capacitor, which is enough to drive a 90mW wireless sensor node.
