结构仿生生物玻璃材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要:仿生生物材料是指从分子水平上研究生物材料的结构特点、构效关系,人们在日常的生产生活中,受到自然界生物体的特殊结构和功能的启发,利用和模仿生物体结构、功能并将其应用到材料的设计和制备中,从而获得接近甚至超过天然生物材料优异性能的新型材料。目前,仿生生物材料发展迅速,已经成为化学、材料、力学、物理学等学科交叉研究的前沿热点之一。本论文基于结构仿生原理,采用两步水热法制备了结构仿生型生物活性玻璃。这种新型的生物活性玻璃在结构上具有与天然骨骼材料相似的网孔状结构,因而符合仿生学基本原理。这种多孔结构为细胞的粘附、增殖提供了更多的空间。可作为新一代的骨替代材料和骨修复的生物支架材料。

The preparation and properties of the biomimetic biological glass materials
Abstract:Bionics is an emerging science following by chemistry, systems biologist, molecular biology and nanotechnology's development. Biomimetic materials science refers to the characteristics of the mechanism research and the structure-activity relationship of biological materials from the molecular level. Biomimetic biomaterials no only need the suitable mechanical and electrical properties, three-dimensional network structure and excellent cell/material interface, but also ask for good biocompatibility. This paper is based on bionic structure principle, Bioglass with bionic structure shows similar structure to natural bone materials and complied with the principle of bionics that was prepared by the secondary hydrothermal method. At the same time, a zeolite molecular sieve was loaded on the silicate nanometers. It can not only increased the surface area and specific surface area of the bioglass to provide larger adhesion space for biological cells, but also increase the biocompatibility and cellular activity of the overall bioglass. Therefore it can promote the adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of the cell on the surface of bioglass. It can be used as a new generation of bone graft or the biological scaffold materials of bone repair.
