折叠索穹顶结构及其预应力水平分布研究

摘要:本文给出了两种折叠索穹顶方案,一种是将索穹顶外圈环梁替换为环形连杆机构,这样可以利用环向连杆机构的运动带动整个索穹顶体系的折叠展开。另外一种是外圈环梁固定不动,移除索穹顶内部的自应力模态,使之成为机构,然后利用主动索和被动索的概念,使体系能够径向展开折叠。前者可以应用在折叠帐篷等结构中,而后者可应用于开启式屋盖体系中。本文以体系刚度最大、预应力分布均匀以及拉索受拉、压杆受拉为目标函数,利用优化方法寻找自应力模态组合系数。算例分析表明,本文方法适合各种索杆体系的预应力水平的确定。

Research on the System and Prestress Distribution of Foldable Cable Domes
Abstract:Two proposals of foldable cable domes are given in this paper. One of the system is replaced the outer loop beam by the loop linkage. Therefore, expand and collapse of the structure can be lead by the motion of the linkage. On the other hand, the outer loop beam is fixed, the inner self-stress modes of the cable dome are removed. Then the system transforms to a mechanism and some active and passive cables are added to expand and collapse the system. It should be noted that the previous one can be used as a foldable tent, and the latter one can be used as a retractable roof structure. Moreover, the system should have maximal stiffness, a uniform distribution of prestress and the right signs of prestress, and then an optimization algorithm is used to find the coefficients of independent self-stress modes. The results of numerical examples show that the proposed method is suite for the finding of prestress distribution of all cable-strut systems.
