紊流扰动强度对水华束丝藻生长影响研究

摘要:影响水体富营养化状态与进程的主要自然因素是紊流扰动.研究紊流扰动对典型藻种水华束丝藻生长的影响对于水体富营养化模拟、预测以及控制具有十分重要的意义.本文以水华束丝藻为研究对象,在一定光照和温度之下,通过不同转速下水华束丝藻单批次培养实验(实验组100rpm、200rpm、300rpm、400rpm、500rpm,对照组0rpm),初步研究了不同强度的紊流扰动对水华束丝藻生长的影响。结果表明,一定范围内的紊流扰动可以促进水华束丝藻的生长、促进水华束丝藻对碳氮磷元素的吸收、增加水华束丝藻活细胞比率、使单个水华束丝藻细胞直径增加,且紊流扰动强度越大,作用越明显,但紊流强度超过某个临界值时,又会产生相反的抑制作用。另外,紊流扰动会影响水华束丝藻细胞内碳氮磷元素的组成比例。

Effecs of Turbulent Dissipation Rates on the Growth of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae
Abstract:Turbulent dissipation play a key role in the occurrence,development,continuation and extinction of eutrophication.In order to prevent and control eutrophication,it is vital to study the influence of turbulent dissipation on the growth of representative alage.The study focused on Aphanizomenon flos-aquae and conducted six experiments in order to research the effects of turbulent dissipation on the growth of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae.Six experiments were performed in culture condition by changing the rotational speed under a certain light and temperature conditions.The results showed that the turbulent dissipation has significant effects on Aphanizomenon flos-aquae growing that the turbulent dissipation within a certain range can promote the growth of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae ,the absorption of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae on carbon and nitrogen and phosphorus,the viable cell of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae and the diameter of single Aphanizomenon flos-aquae cell, and all of these positively related to turbulent dissipation intensity and the turbulent dissipation above a certain threshold will inhabit the the growth of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae,the absorption of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae on carbon and nitrogen and phosphorus,the viable cell of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae and the diameter of single Aphanizomenon flos-aquae cell.Besides turbulent dissipation have a influence on the composition of carbon and nitrogen and phosphorus in Aphanizomenon flos-aquae.
