车削大螺距外螺纹加工表面粗糙度分布特性

摘要:大螺距螺纹加工表面粗糙度沿轴向的不断变化,对螺纹传动精度及稳定性具有重要影响。为揭示螺纹加工表面粗糙度的分布特性,采用左右刃轴向分层切削的加工方式,通过改变刀具左右切削刃的结构参数、进刀次序和加工余量,进行大螺距外螺纹轴向分层切削实验。沿螺纹试件轴向等间距提取10个螺距的螺纹样块,检测样块左右螺纹面沿垂直于切削速度方向的加工表面粗糙度,获取左右螺纹面加工表面粗糙度分布特性曲线,采用表面粗糙度平均值、变动范围及标准差评判左右螺纹面分布的总体水平、波动范围和离散程度,分析不同切削方案条件下加工表面粗糙度分布一致性及其影响因素,提出基于左右螺纹面加工表面粗糙度一致性的工艺设计方案。

Distribution Characteristics of Machined Surface Roughness in Turning Large Pitch Thread
Abstract:Machined surface roughness of large pitch thread constantly changes along the axial direction. It has important influence on screw drive accuracy and stability. The processing method of left and right cutting edges axial stratified cutting is adopted, to conduct large pitch thread experiment. In the experiment, the distribution characteristics of large pitch thread machined surface roughness is revealed by changing the parameters, which include cutting edge structure, feeding order and machining allowance. 10 sample pieces which has equal distance are extracted along the axial direction, the sample piece distance is equal to pitch. To get the distribution characteristics curves of the surface roughness of the left and right thread surface, sample piece thread surface roughness is tested perpendicular to the cutting speed direction. To judge the general level, the range of fluctuation and the degree of dispersion of the left and right thread surface roughness distribution, the average value of surface roughness, variable range and standard deviation are used. The consistency of surface roughness distribution and its influencing factors under different cutting conditions are analyzed. The process design scheme of left and right thread surface is proposed, which is based on consistency of the surface roughness.
