微波辅助水热法合成花状多孔氧化锌

摘要:本文采以乙酸锌、尿素、甘氨酸和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为原料,用微波辅助水热法成功合成具有微球形蜂巢和玫瑰花状结构的立体分层多孔氧化锌材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),粉末X衍射(XRD),低温N2吸附,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对材料进行表征。结果表明,微波辅助水热法可以成功合成高结晶度的且具有高比表面积的纤锌矿结构介孔氧化锌材料.

Microwave-Assisted Hydrothermal Process Synthesis of flower-like ZnO Hierarchically Porous Structures
Abstract:In this paper, with the assistance of glycine and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), we synthesized a new structure, mesoporous structured microspherical honeycomb and roselike ZnO. The materials were charactered by the means of transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), low temperature N2 adsorption and SEM. The results show that high crystalline wurtzite phase of ZnO with high specific surface area was successfully prepared by microwave-assisted hydrothermal process.
