高温回转筒壁喷雾冷却传热的研究与应用

摘要:本文针对转底炉还原铁工艺线中喷雾冷却机的冷却技术进行研究,喷雾冷却技术较之喷淋水冷却具有换热系数大、冷却效率高的特点,是一种高效节能的冷却技术。本文建立高温物料经过回转筒时外壁喷雾冷却的换热模型,运用CFD技术分析雾化锥角、喷嘴流量等参数对物料冷却效果的影响,比较喷雾与喷淋水冷却的效果。最终得到喷雾冷却的温度云图,雾化液滴的轨迹线,验证了采用喷雾比喷淋水冷却效率更高的结论。

Research on the heat transfer in spray cooling of high temperature rotating cylinder wall and it's application
Abstract:The paper research on spray cooling technology of cooling machine. Spray cooling have the advantage of high heat transfer coefficient and good efficiency, it's a kind of energy-saving technology. In this paper, used the CFD technology to make a model and research the process of spray cooling heat transfer for high temperature material through a rotary wall surface. Analyses the influence of the parameters' effect to cooling efficiency, such as spray cone Angle, nozzle flows . Compared the difference between the spray cooling and pure water cooling. Finally got the temperature cloud picture and the atomized droplets trajectories of spray cooling, verified the spray cooling have a higher cooling efficiency.
