铁-锆-铝鞣黄牛鞋面革鞣制工艺设计与优化

摘要:采用四因素三水平的正交试验法对基于铁-锆-铝配合鞣剂鞣制黄牛鞋面革的鞣制工艺进行研究,分别以鞣后湿革的收缩温度和鞣制废液的化学需氧量作为评价指标,综合考察鞣剂用量、转动时间、提碱终点pH和提碱后温度对评价指标的影响,分别优化出最佳方案并进行试验验证。结果表明:铁-锆-铝配合鞣剂用量为26%,转动时间为5h,提碱终点pH为3.9-4.1,提碱后温度为40℃,鞣后湿革收缩温度超过91℃,鞣制废液中COD值较大幅度降低,柔软丰满、颜色均匀,耐水洗性良好,但湿革的耐酸碱性能不如铬鞣革。

Design and Optimization of Fe-Zr-Al Complex Tanning Cattle Upper Leather Manufacturing Process
Abstract:The tanning process based on cattle hide upper leather manufactured with Fe-Zr-Al complex tanning was investigated according to four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment, in which effects of the parameters on the crust shrinkage temperature and COD value of waste tanning liquor, including the dosage of Fe-Zr-Al Complex Tanning Agent, the tanning time, the final pH and the temperature after basification, were studied. And then we can get the optimum scheme, the results showed that under the optimum conditions of the dosage of Fe-Zr-Al Complex Tanning Agent 26%, tanning time 5h, the final pH 3.9-4.1 and the temperature after basification 40℃, the shrinkage temperature of the crust could reach to 91℃, the softness and water resistant ability of the crust were further improved, and the COD value of waste tanning liquor was lower than the conventional chrome tanning process. However, the acid and alkali resistant ability of the crust was not good as chrome-tanned leather.
