变截面弯管电解加工工装的流固耦合分析及优化设计

摘要:为了减少变截面弯管电解加工工装的整体重量,提高其机械性能和可靠性,基于ANSYS Workbench平台,对此工装夹具进行限元分析和优化设计。采用流固耦合的分析方法,精确获得了工装受力面的载荷分布,得到整体的变形云图与应力云图。在满足工装强度与刚度要求的前提下,对工装夹具的关键零件进行优化设计,优化后工装的最大变形量增加了0.011mm,整体重量减少了31.9%。这种流固耦合分析及优化方法为以后电解加工工装的设计提供了有效的帮助。

Fluid-Structure Interaction Analysis and Optimizing Design on the Fixture of Bend Tube in Variable Cross section in ECM
Abstract:In order to reduce the quality and improve mechanical properties and reliability of the fixture of bend tube in variable cross section in ECM, Finite Element Analysis and optimizing design based on the platform of ANSYS Workbench were studied. The method of Fluid-Structure Interaction was used in this analysis. Use this method can get the load distribution of thrust face accurately, and obtain the mises shape and deformed shape of the fixture finally. Aims at optimizing the design of key components premised on the processing requirements of strength and stiffness. After optimization, the maximum static mechanical deformation of the fixture increased by 0.011mm and quality reduced 31.9%. This method of Fluid-Structure Interaction analysis and optimizing design will provide efficient help to the later design of the fixture in ECM.
