生物质炭磺酸催化合成己二酸二辛酯的研究

摘要:以HY分子筛、含氯D-72型和普通型大孔磺酸树脂、BC-SO3H和BC-SO3H-IL-Zn生物质炭磺酸为催化剂,考察了它们在催化己二酸与2-乙基己醇(异辛醇)酯化合成己二酸二辛酯(DOA)反应中的催化性能。发现这些固体酸催化剂对这一酯化反应均有优异的催化活性,其酯化率均在98.5 %以上。其中两个生物质炭磺酸具有催化剂用量低、反应时间短,催化效率高(TOF为85.5和94.7)的优势。尤其是催化剂BC-SO3H-IL-Zn能重复使用4次,其酯化率均在99 %以上,有着优良的重复使用性。

Study on synthesis of dioctyl adipate catalyzed by biomass char sulfonic acids
Abstract:The catalytic performances of HY zeolite, the chlorine-containing D-72 and ordinary types of macroporous sulfonic acid resins and two BC-SO3H and BC-SO3H-IL-Zn biomass char sulfonic acids were checked by the esterification of adipic acid with 2-ethylhexanol. The results showed that these solid acid catalysts were all very active for this esterification reaction and could achieve higher than 98.5% esterification yield. Among the catalysts examined, both biomass char sulfonic acids possessed merits of low catalyst amount, short reaction time and especially high catalytic efficiency (TOF 85.5 for BC-SO3H and 94.7 for BC-SO3H-IL-Zn) . Furthermore, after the BC-SO3H-IL-Zn was repeatedly used for four times and its esterification yield could still keep ca. 99.1%, showing a good repeatability.
