基于喹啉的Hg2+荧光分子探针的合成与性质研究

摘要:以喹啉为母核合成了一种新型的金属荧光分子探针L。该探针在HEPES buffer (10mM, pH=7.4; H2O/DMF=7/3)的体系中通过荧光光谱显示了对Hg2+的高选择性和高灵敏度基于配体到金属的电荷转移机制(LMCT)。加入Hg2+后裸眼可看到荧光颜色由蓝色变为无色。探针L能在pH=4.0 ~ 13.0有稳定的荧光性质,对Hg2+的检测限为6.83 × 10-7 M。

Sythesis and Characterization of Fluorescent Molecular Sensor Based on Quinoline for Probing Hg2+
Abstract:A novel and simple metal fluorescent sensor L based on quinoline group was designed and synthesized, and it exhibits highly selectivity and sensitivity for probing Hg2+ by fluorescence spectroscopy in HEPES buffer (10mM, pH=7.4; H2O/DMF=7/3) via ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT) mechanism. After addition of Hg2+, the fluorescent color changes from blue to colorless by naked eyes. Moreover, sensor L has stable fluorescence property over a wide range of pH values (4.0 ~ 13.0). The detection limit for Hg2+ was calculated to be 6.83 × 10-7 M.
