微流控系统定量测定细胞内Ca2+

摘要:Ca2+作为细胞内重要的金属离子,其含量水平与细胞的生理、病理关系密切。Ca2+是细胞增殖、分裂、代谢、细胞膜通透性及稳定性、细胞的信息传递等生理功能正常发挥的物质基础,Ca2+代谢紊乱将导致细胞发生可逆或不可逆的损伤,继而引起细胞结构功能失调。细胞是生命活动的基本单位,细胞内Ca2+ 的分析对细胞生理、病理过程的研究有重要意义。本论文利用微流控系统结合激光诱导荧光检测发展了一种可用于细胞内Ca2+定量检测的方法,实现了细胞内Ca2+的定量检测。

Quantitative detection of Ca2+ in cells based on microfluidic-chip electrophoresis
Abstract:Ca2+ is intracellular important metal ion, and its level is closely related with cellular physical and pathological processes. Ca2+ is the basis for the normal physiological function of cell proliferation, division, metabolism and so on. Metabolism disorders of Ca2+ will cause reversible or irreversible damage of cells, and then result in cellular structure dysfunction. Cells is the basic unit of the life activities, the analysis of Ca2+ has great value for research of physiological and pathological processes of cells. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative analysis of Ca2+ in cells was explored by microfluidic-chip electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection.
