摘要:汞是自然界中的一种高毒性、持久性的重金属污染物,能对人体和动物产生潜在危害。研究表明,硒可以有效降低生物体内汞的含量和毒性,这种现象称为"硒-汞颉颃"。目前,动物体内的硒-汞作用机制已达成共识,然而有关"土壤-植物体系"中硒-汞的相互作用缺乏系统研究。本文旨在总结有关"土壤-植物体系"中硒-汞作用的研究,阐明硒-汞作用的可能机制,分析目前已有研究的不足,并展望未来的研究方向。?????

Recent advances on selenium and mercury antagonism in 'soil-plant antagonism'
Abstract:Mercury is a toxic and persistent heavy metal pollutant in environment, which can be toxic to human and other organisms. Previous researches show that selenium can effectively reduce the content and toxicity of mercury in organisms, i.e., "selenium-mercury antagonism". At present, the mechanism of selenium and mercury interactions in animals has been well reported. However, there are few reports about the interactions of selenium and mercury in "soil-plant system". The purpose of this paper is to summarize the researches on the interactions of selenium and mercury in the "soil-plant system", understand the possible mechanism and the knowledge gaps in this area, and finally, propose future directions of research. ?????
