有机硅粒子复配对PC基光散射薄膜光学性能的影响

摘要:根据米散射理论可知,散射粒子的粒径是影响光散射效果的重要因素之一。本文首先对比了不同粒径的有机硅在不同添加量下光散射薄膜的雾度和透过率,并探究了如何在保持较高雾度值的条件下有效提高材料透过率。实验发现,将大、小粒径的有机硅复配后,PC基光散射薄膜的雾度与添加单一粒子的体系相近,但透过率能明显提高,同时得到遮蔽性良好,散射角较大的光散射效果。

The influence of compositing organic silicone beads on optical properties of light diffusing film based on PC matrix
Abstract:The diameter of scattering particle is an important influence factor of diffusing effect for light diffusing film according to Mie scattering theory. In this study, the haze and transmittance of light diffusing film which added to organic silicone beads in different diameters were measured firstly. Then the method of improving transmittance while maintaining high haze was explored. It can be found that, compositing the large and the small organic silicone particle in one system makes the light diffusing film obtain high haze while the transmittance is enhanced. At the same time, the light scattering angle is also in relative high value and good shielding ability obtained.
