半胱氨酸与无机硫不同时期施用对小麦籽粒GMP和HMW-GS/LMW-GS含量及品质的影响

摘要:以扬麦16为试验材料,设置7个硫肥水平,研究了半胱氨酸和无机硫不同配比和不同施用时期对小麦麦谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)含量、高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)含量、低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(LMW-GS)含量及麦谷蛋白大聚合体粒度分布和小麦籽粒加工品质的影响。拔节期追施半胱氨酸提高了小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,干/湿面筋含量及SDS沉降值,谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)含量、高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)和低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(LMW-GS)积累量增加,提高了GMP粒度大粒径颗粒占比。拔节期追施半胱氨酸有利于改善小麦籽粒品质。

Combined Effects of Inorganic Sulfur and Cysteine on GMP, HMW-GS, LMW-GS and quality in Wheat Grain
Abstract:ILocal well adopted winter wheat (Triticumaestivum L.) cultivar Yangmai 16 was used in a field experiment with 7 treatments. The aims of this study were to find out the Combined Effects of Inorganic Sulfur and Cysteine on protein quality and processing quality. The results showed that the effects of topdressing treatments are better than basic fertilizer treatments on protein qulity, GMP content, LMW-GS content, GMP particles volume, GMP particles surface area, N/S ratio and processing quality. As a result, topdressing treatment Cys60(J) has the best influence on protein quality and processing quality.
