甘蓝型油菜CRF家族基因的生物信息学分析

摘要:植物转录因子CRF家族是AP2/ERF超家族的重要成员,在植物生长发育、新陈代谢及抵抗生物和非生物逆境中起重要作用。本研究从公共数据库中查找了甘蓝型油菜CRF家族的全部成员,并利用生物信息学的方法分析了该家族成员的结构、进化及理化性质等基本特征。结果表明,甘蓝型油菜CRF家族有36个成员,分布在除A04、A10和C09以外的16条染色体上,基因全长为495~1117 bp,氨基酸大小为164~362。系统进化分析表明BnaCRFs家族基因可以分为3组。基因结构分析显示该家族基因均含有AP2/ERF保守结构域和CRF保守结构域。理化性质分析表明BnaCRFs家族蛋白多为弱酸性的亲水性蛋白,蛋白相对稳定。本研究为深入探讨CRF家族成员的功能及在油菜抗逆中发挥的作用奠定了基础。

Bioinformatics analysis of CRF family genes in Brassica napus
Abstract:Plant cytokinin-responsive factor (CRF) family belongs to APETALA2/ethylene-responsive factor (AP2/ERF) superfamily, and plays vital important roles in pant growth and development, plant metabolism and plant response to biotic and abiotic stress. In this research, the structure, evolution and physicochemical properties of B. napus PHT1 family members are analyzed by bioinformatics tools. Totally, 36 homologous CRF family members are observed, scattered on 16 chromosomes except A4, A10 and C9. The total gene length varies from 495 bp to 1117 bp, and the length of the amino acids genes ranges from 164 to 362. Phylogenetic analysis shows that BnaCRFs family genes can be divided into three groups. All the members of BnaCRFs family contain AP2/ERF and CRF conserved domains. In addition, physical and chemical properties of proteins are analyzed, and the results show that all the BnaERF proteins are stable, hydrophilic and slightly acidic. Our results provide basis for further research of the role of B. napus CRF family members in plant tolerance to biotic and abiotic stress.
