长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员心电图影响的meta分析

摘要:目的 用Meta分析方法评估低剂量电离辐射对我国放射工作人员心电图的影响。方法 搜索有关文献,按照预先设定的纳入排除标准严格筛选后,以放射组和对照组心电图检查总人数、放射组和对照组心电图异常人数为基本数据,根据研究数据的异质性检验,用OR作为效应值,然后使用固定效应模型或者随机效应模型进行Meta分析。结果 符合纳入标准的文献共计15篇; 统计结果显示放射组与对照组间有统计学意义[OR=1.63, 95%CI(1.32,2.02),P<0.00001]。结论 长期暴露于低剂量电离辐射环境下会对放射工作人员心电图异常有显著影响。

Meta analysis of the effect of low dose ionizing radiation on ECGs of radiation workers
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To assessment the effect of low dose ionizing radiation on ECGs of radiation workers in our country by using Meta analysis method. METHODS According to the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, the relevant literatures were searched, the total number of ECG examination in the radiation group and the control group and the number of abnormal ECG in radiation group and control group were basic data, the heterogeneity of data was tested, the OR was as effect size, and the fixed effects model or random effects model was used to meta analysis. RESULTS A total of 15 literatures met the inclusion criteria. Meta-analyses showed that the difference in ECG abnormality rate between the radiation group and the control group exhibited statistical significance [OR = 1.63, 95%CI (1.32, 2.02), P﹤0.00001)]. CONCLUSION Long term exposure to low dose ionizing radiation environment has significant influence on ECG abnormality in the workers.
