全身照射对小鼠T细胞增殖和分泌功能的影响

摘要:目的:探讨电离辐射对小鼠T细胞增殖和分泌功能的影响。方法:balb-c小鼠接受一次4Gy 137Cs gamma射线全身照射后,耳肿胀实验检测机体免疫功能状态的变化,分离脾T淋巴细胞,WST法检测T细胞增殖能力,ELISA法检测T细胞分泌细胞因子的水平变化。结果:全身照射1d 、7d后,T细胞增殖和分泌能力明显下调,30d后增殖和分泌能力较前明显恢复。结论:全身照射后小鼠T细胞功能短时间内呈现先下调后上调的动态变化过程。

The Effect of Total Radiation on Proliferation and Secretion of Mouse T cell
Abstract:Abstract Objective: To study the effect of ionizing radiation on proliferation and secretion of mouse T cell. Method: Balb-c was exposured to 4Gy 137Cs gamma?ray , immunity function was tested by Ear swelling model, WST assay was used for T cell proliferation, ELISA method for cytokine secretion levels of T cell. Results: After total body irradiation , the proliferation and secretion ability of T cell were cut on 1d and 7d, but was increase obvious than before on 30d . Conclusions: T cell function of mice was decreased firstly and then increased within 30 days.
