玉米秸秆酶水解以及水解液的ABE发酵

摘要:研究不同浓度缓冲液对玉米秸秆酶水解及ABE发酵的影响。分别用0.02 mol/L、0.06 mol/L、0.1 mol/L的pH=4.8的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液酶水解预处理过的玉米秸杆。0.06 mol/L的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液酶水解液中含有69.62 g/L的总发酵糖,0.1 mol/L的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液酶水解液中含有74.59 g/L的总发酵糖。然而,0.02mol/L的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液酶水解液中只含有36.19 g/L的总发酵糖。然后,利用菌体C.beijerinckii BA101发酵酶水解液来生产ABE。结果显示,当缓冲液浓度为0.06mol/L时,酶水解液发酵60h后得到11.72 g/L ABE 和7.7 g/L 丁醇,ABE的产率和生产强度分别是0.31 g/g和0.244 g/Lh。

The enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stover and The Production of ABE from Enzymatic Hydrolysis
Abstract:Research the impact of enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stover and ABE fermentation in different concentration of citrate buffer. The pretreated corn stover was subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis with 0.02 mol/L、0.06 mol/L、0.1 mol/L citrate buffer(pH=4.8) respectively. It was found that 69.62 g/L of total fermentation sugar can be obtained after enzymatic hydrolysis with the 0.06 mol/L citrate buffer and 74.59 g/L of total fermentation sugar with the 0.1 mol/L citrate buffer. However, the 36.19 g/L of total fermentation sugar can be obtauned after enzymatic hydrolysis with the 0.02 mol/L citrate buffer. Subsequently, the hydrolyzate was fermentation by C.beijerinckii BA101. It was shown that 7.7 g/L butonal and 11.72 g/L ABE could be produced after 60 h fermentation for the hydrolyzate of 0.06 mol/L citrate buffer. In this fermentation, an ABE yield of 0.31 g/g and productivity of 0.244 g/Lh were observed.
