基于固有频率优化的机架结构优化设计

摘要:面向自动化装备机架结构优化需求,提出了一种基于固有频率优化的结构设计方法。根据外部激励频域分析的幅频曲线和所绘出的机架最大振幅与刚度、质量之间的关系曲线图,获得了频率优化边界条件。采用ANSYS Workbench完成了机架模态分析,基于主要固有频率与边界条件给出了优化设计函数,并进行了机架结构优化设计。所获得优化设计方案提高了机架固有频率,优化了其振动特性,满足生产实际要求;该固有频率优化方法具有一般性,可用于类似支撑结构的优化设计。。

Optimal Structure Design of Machine Rack based on Optimizing Natural Frequency
Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of automatic machine racks' optimal design, this paper presents a methodology for optimal structure design based on optimizing natural frequency. According to the amplitude-frequency spectrums of external load in frequency domain, and a curve graph of crack's maximum amplitude and stiffness, mass in single-degree-of-freedom system, It gives the theoretical boundary condition to avoiding the happen of resonance. It analyzes the rack's natural frequency and mode shapes based on ANSYS Workbench, and provides an optimization methodology based on the given theoretical boundary condition and natural frequency. The methodology improves the natural frequency, reduces rack variability, and suits for processing, which can provide the helpful instruction for the similar optimization design with its university.
