某型高速卷接机组预供丝体刚架结构优化

摘要:预供丝体刚架主要由导轨组件和支撑框架组成,其刚度是影响提丝带推拉灵活性的关键因素。本文采用有限元法对该高速卷接机组预供丝体刚架进行优化,提高其结构刚度以确保提丝带正常工作。分别建立了导轨组件的有限元模型和基于能量法建立了该组件的解析模型,两种模型的计算结果比较一致,验证了该有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上建立预供丝体刚架的有限元模型,根据变形计算结果找到刚架刚度不足的部位,据此通过增加支撑板和改变支撑板厚度优化原刚架的结构刚度。优化后X方向的最大变形减少了44.9%,Y方向的最大变形减小了89.3%,初步解决了原预供丝体导轨容易卡死的问题。

Structural Optimization of the frame of tobacco provision machine
Abstract:The frame of tobacco provision machine consists of a guides package and a braced frame, whose rigidities have an critical affect on the push-pull flexibility of tobacco transport belt. To increase the rigidity of the frame and enable the tobacco transport belt to operate normally, this paper presents an optimization of the frame of tobacco provision machine by finite element method. While a finite element model of the guides package and its analytical model according to the energy method are built respectively, it is shown from the comparative results in the two models that the finite element model is convincible. Moreover, the finite element model of the frame of tobacco provision machine is built, and the large displacement zone is optimized by adding support plates and changing the thickness of support plates. The optimization results are shown that the maximum deformation of the frame decreases by 44.9% in the X direction and 89.3%in the Y direction respectively. Eventually, the guide deadlocking problem of the original tobacco provision machine is resolved.
